Together we look at your life holistically - how you sleep, eat, move, work and relate - while gently tracing the histories and hurts that still shape how you show up today.
Once we understand the context you’re living in, we work collaboratively, at your pace, to create daily rituals that truly serve you and the life you want. This isn’t about fixing you; it’s about slowly coming home to yourself.
My areas of focus are food and lifestyle patterns that feel hard to shift, burnout and overwhelm, health and wellness struggles, and the echoes of trauma that keep you on high alert.
