My integrative approach is grounded in evidence-based psychological techniques, but ensconced in a deeply human practice. We get to look at ourselves holistically, which means that we take sleeping, eating and moving habits into consideration, while working with the historical dynamics that play out behind the scenes.
Once we have a clear idea of the context that produced who you show up as now, we will work collaboratively, at your pace, to create daily rituals that better serve you and the life that you desire. This is not about “fixing” anyone, it’s about revealing your journey back to yourself.

After a 15minute virtual meet-n-greet, each session will be 60-minutes long. We will decide on how we move forward, depending on what best serves you.
