Then came the game-changer: through integrative coaching, I learned to distinguish true hunger from emotional pulls, turning meal prep into my grounding ritual.
Suddenly, I saw how my values shaped my plate – what I chose, why, and how it fuelled me. Even solo dinners became purposeful, nourishing joys, rather than guilt-traps of the future. That unlocked real food freedom: the ability to savour each bite with intention, free from emotional eating and its sinkholes, and with compassion for why I wanted what I wanted – THAT’S true, effortless food freedom.
The Food Freedom Journey is a 6-session, 1:1 integrative coaching experience designed to help you reconnect with your body’s wisdom, untangle emotional eating, and transform meals into grounding rituals instead of guilt-filled negotiations. Throughout our time together, you’ll learn to differentiate between emotional and physical hunger, soften the inner critic, and establish new rhythms that feel kind and sustainable in your food relationship.

Session outline:
Session 1 – Orientation
Food as grounding; introducing presence, choice, and a sense of possibility at meals.
Session 2 – Body signals & gentle rhythm
How to build daily rituals and rhythms that genuinely support you.
Session 3 – Autopilot, emotions & coping
Deepen your presence by recognizing feelings, pausing, and consciously choosing your response instead of reacting on autopilot.
Session 4 – Food rules, inner critic & compassion
Get curious about the food rules you’ve been holding onto, and explore the shame and rigidity underneath them.
Session 5 – Values, identity & rituals
Examine how your lived values show up (or don’t) on your plate, and how to realign your habits with the person you aspire to be.
Session 6 – Integration, freedom & future path
Reflect on your starting point, your current state, and how to continue moving forward with greater freedom and trust.
