The Food Freedom Journey is a 6-session, 1:1 integrative coaching experience that helps you reconnect with your body’s wisdom, untangle emotional eating, and turn meals into grounding rituals rather than guilt-filled negotiations. Across our time together, you’ll learn to tell the difference between emotional and physical hunger, soften the inner critic, and create new rhythms that actually feel kind and sustainable.

Session 5 – Values, identity & rituals
Explore how your lived values do (or don’t) show up on your plate, and how to realign your habits with who you want to be.
Session 6 – Integration, freedom & future path
Reflect on where you started, where you are now, and how to keep moving forward with more freedom and trust.
